Waterworks' Customer Service Supervisor Isaiah Henry ensures that customers get the most value from their Waterworks experience - 24 x 7 x 365. Isaiah supervises the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department, and he is responsible for creating a Customer-centric environment where customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every decision and action taken at Waterworks.
Isaiah brings an extensive background in Customer Service to Waterworks. Prior to joining Waterworks, he held senior level positions with several national Fortune 500 companies and customer care organizations. Isaiah's roles throughout the years have been customer focused, and his approach to building strong lasting customer relationships is based on his strong understanding of customer needs.
Isaiah works closely with George Speight, our Dispatch Manager who has been with The Waterworks for more than 12 years. Their combined proven success means superior attention to Waterworks' customers.
George and Isaiah supervise a team of subject matter experts who together have more than 52+ years of industry experience: Anne, Meritza, Tina, Ursula, Tavie, Vicki, James, Joe and Sheri.
